[We enjoyed learning about the] attitude of New Zealanders to keep the country natural, not over-develop land, and conserve natural resources. [They are] very friendly and outgoing people. [We] experienced typical New Zealand meals and seafood of the area, including mussels, eel, whitebait, trout, lamb, and pavlova. - Ambassador from June 2016
