Meghan Skelly - Program Planning Coordinator

Meghan Skelly joined FFI in 2007, as an intern in the Planning and Development department, while finishing her Master’s degree in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2008, she finished her degree and joined the FFI team full-time. Prior to coming to the Friendship Force, she studied abroad in Mexico and Spain as part of her Bachelor’s degree studies in International Affairs and Spanish.

After spending a summer in different parts of Africa, Meghan became fascinated with foreign languages and cultures. This passion grew during her ensuing studies abroad in Mexico and Spain.

Meghan was born in Atlanta, Georgia USA and has enjoyed much traveling in her life: Ireland, France, South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Spain, Mexico, Italy, and Tunisia. When she’s not working at FFI or traveling, she enjoys playing ultimate Frisbee, spending time with her family and playing with her dog.
